Here’s a Little Trick
Take a hand towel, wet it, wring it so it doesn’t drip, stick it in the freezer. Take it out in 20 or 30 min, put on head or any other hot body part and feel the cool! Use multiple hand towels and rotate so as not to suffer any lapse in the cool.
